Let us consider in more detail how the cadastral valuation of real estate is carried out .

Deciding to conduct an assessment : The corresponding decision is made by the executive authorities of the subject. However, before this, preparation is carried out, which consists in collecting and processing the information necessary to carry out the assessment. Preparation must be completed by January 1 of the year in which it is planned to determine the cadastral Adelaide Property Valuation. Based on the decision made, Rosreestr draws up a list of objects to be assessed and sends it to the authorized body.

Determination of the cost and preparation of the final report : The assessment is carried out by specialized budgetary institutions. The work is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law, as well as taking into account various pricing factors and guidelines. During the process, the institution publishes interim reports with up-to-date information.

If comments are received, they must be corrected before the next publication. At the end of the work, a final report is compiled, which is sent for verification to Rosreestr. In the absence of violations, the final version of the document in 3 copies is sent to the authorized body of the subject of the Russian Federation.

Approval of the obtained results : Within 20 days from the receipt of the report, the authorized body approves the results of the assessment. At the end, an appropriate act is issued. The issued act with the results of a certain cadastral value comes into force on January 1 of the next year.
